Q: What do I do with the Max?

A: Simply place a single Max-Ball in one or more of your toilets and leave them floating for up to four weeks, before replacing them using household cleaning gloves.

Q: How do they work?

A: They work by helping to engage your child’s interest and by helping to make the process of toilet training fun and interesting.

Q: Do they work for girls?

A: Toilet training is as much as a challenge for girls as it is for boys. Max helps by making toilet training fun for both boys and girls. Max also helps to teach girls proper toilet sense, by encouraging them to sit back on the toilet instead of perching.

Q: What happens to Max after 4 weeks?

A: After 4 weeks simply replace Max using household cleaning gloves and recycle where facilities exist.

Q: What about No.2’s.

A: Max is made using a highly polished material giving Max non stick qualities, which help to keep him clean during use.

Q: Is Max hygienic?

A: Max is made using a Patented Antibacterial ingredient called Hygienilac® which kills 99.9% of all bacteria on contact.

Q: Can Max be used in any toilet?

A: You can use Max as long as the water in your toilet stays above the U-Bend during flushing, otherwise Max can be flushed away. Most toilets in the UK and Europe support Max.

Q: Can Max help to reduce urine spills in the bathroom?

A: Max helps to reduce urine spills by creating a point of focus, helping children of all ages, both boys and girls, to go-on-target!

Q: Will Max flush away?

A: As long as your water remains above the level of the U-Bend during flushing Max will remain floating inside your toilet bowl. Care should be taken not to use too much toilet paper, as this can have the effect of sucking the water back through the U-Bend which can cause Max to flush away.

Q: What if Max gets flushed away?

A: Be careful to ensure your toilets water level remains above the U-Bend during flushing before attempting to use another Max and try to avoid using excessive amount of paper.
