Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site,  click on any items you wish to buy and use the subsequent cart page to selct the quantity you require. Once you complete your selection you will be prompted to enter your payment via our secure PayPal service.. You can also email us at sales@goontarget.com

All prices are shown with or without VAT at the current rate.

Payment

Payment is due on dispatch. We accept the following methods of payment:

Risk

Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the moment the Goods are received at the buyers premises.

Title

Title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has been paid in full for the Goods.

Warranty

•  Where the Goods have been supplied by the Seller and are found to be defective, the Seller shall repair, or in its sole discretion, replace defective Goods free of charge within 1 year from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

•  The Buyer notifying the Seller in writing immediately upon the defect becoming apparent;

•  The defect being due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of the Seller.

•  Any Goods to be repaired or replaced shall be returned to the Seller at the Buyer's expense, if so requested by the Seller.

•  The Seller shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to refund the price of the defective Goods in the event that such price has already been paid.

Liability

•  No liability of any nature shall be incurred or accepted by the Seller in respect of any representation made by the Seller, or on its behalf, to the Buyer, or to any party acting on its behalf, prior to the making of this contract where such representations were made or given in relation to:

•  The correspondence of the Goods with any description;

•  The quality of the Goods; or

•  The fitness of the Goods for any purpose whatsoever.

•  All implied terms, conditions or warranties as to the correspondence of the Goods to any description or the satisfactory quality of the Goods or the fitness of the Goods for any purpose whatsoever (whether made known to the Seller or not) are hereby excluded from the contract.

Limitation of Liability

•  Where any court or arbitrator determines that any part of the Warranty Clause above is, for whatever reason, unenforceable, the Seller shall be liable for all loss or damage suffered by the Buyer but in an amount not exceeding the contract price.

•  Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury as a result of the Seller's negligence or that of its employees or agents.

Delivery Information

We aim to despatch your order the next working day from receiving your order on stock items. Our delivery price are calculated based on weight and will appear in your shopping basket once you have made your selection.

Returns

If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. The product must be returned to us complete, including all packaging, if possible. Please email, BEFORE you return any products.

If goods are returned damaged, no credit will be raised and the invoice will stand in full.

No orders for special items may be returned under any circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods.  The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging and at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) less 10% re-stocking fee, within 30 days.  Please email us at sales@goontarget.co.uk, BEFORE you return any products.
